Rùa means turtle.

Ours comes from the old story of Hoàn Kiếm Lake, where a golden turtle rose out of the water to take back a borrowed sword. We kept the turtle, swapped the sword for a tray, and gave him a job: bring the food out hot and keep the table full.

RUA is a café for everyday eating. Plastic stools, steel tables, a kitchen that doesn't stop, and food made to be passed around. No fancy rules, no special occasions. Just good food, familiar faces, and a seat for everyone.
