De la tierra, a la mesa

From the land, to the table

Cocina con raíz.
Hecha para compartir.

Rooted in tradition. Made to be shared.

Loma begins with the warmth of Latin America: its markets, its fire, its long tables. We cook bold, earthy food and serve it slowly, in a room made for closeness.

three things.

01 / 03

Tierra

A rough limestone monolith carved with the Loma wordmark, lit by late sun among olive shrubs.
Charred corn kernels with lemon in a dark stoneware bowl.

The land

Native corn, chile, cassava and cacao. Ingredients that still carry the place they came from. We cook close to the source and let them speak plainly.

02 / 03

Fuego

A chef in a cream jacket spoons a glossy dark sauce over braised short rib.
Charred octopus with lemon wedges and parsley on a wooden board.

The fire

Coal, smoke and patience. Fire chars the corn, deepens the mole and gives each plate its quiet intensity.

03 / 03

Tiempo

Four friends talk and share plates around a stone table by candlelight.
Braised beef short rib, glossy with jus, over a soft purée.

The time

Slow-roasted, long-rested, never rushed. Dinner here is meant to be passed across the table and lingered over until late.

Loma Signature

Seven plates
that say the most
about us.

Built on aji amarillo, pepita and smoke. Meant for the middle of the table and for hands reaching across it.

    Entrada — Lima

Stone tables, walnut chairs, olive velvet and low, warm light. The room borrows its colours from the landscape and keeps its voice down, so the table can do the talking.

    Historia

    Rooted in
    the land.
    By instinct.

The chef plates at an open pass lined with stoneware and dried branches while guests wait in the foreground.

Loma grew out of the warmth of Latin American culture: bold flavour, earthy character and a more intimate way to eat together.

    El jaguar

    Calm, certain,
    a little wild.

We took our mark from the jaguar: still until it moves, powerful without needing to prove it. It is how we want the food to feel.

The same idea runs through everything we made: a wordmark drawn for us, letters cut by hand, the jaguar's rosettes turned into a quiet pattern, and a palette taken from the earth.

What the room is made of

Our colours come straight from the materials around you: dark walnut, warm clay, olive linen and pale travertine.

    The small details

    Drawn by hand

Even our signs are hand-drawn: a set of icons cut like old stamps, carved into plaster walls and printed on everything from menus to paper bags.
